  1. What is All Access?

    ALL ACCESS is a unified registration system that allows you to log on to member websites using a single username and password.

    By registering to All Access either through AllAccess.com.ph or any partner website, you agree to the Confidentiality Agreement and Terms of Services of all All Access partners as found in each of the partners’ websites.

    Upon successfully completing registration, you will be able to log in to the following sites using your All Access information - www.ALLaccess.com.ph, www.iGMA.tv, and www.PeP.ph, YOUscoop.gmanews.tv

  2. I am unable to log in because I forgot my password, how do I retrieve?

    On the log-in page, you may click on Forgot Password. Enter your username or email address in the field provided and click on the SUBMIT button. After submitting these details, you need to answer the security question you have provided during registration and click on GET PASSWORD button. You will be sent an email with a temporary password that you may use to log-in. Upon log-in, you may edit your password in the Account Information Page. (insert snapshot/s of the link/s)

  3. I did not receive my email verification code, what should I do?

    If you did not receive the email verification link in your inbox, it is possible that the email landed in your SPAM (or JUNK) folder.

    To retrieve the email verification link, you may also click on the VERIFY EMAIL link found in any All Access affiliated website. (insert snapshot/s of the link)

  4. I did not receive my mobile verification code, what should I do?

    To retrieve the mobile verification code on your mobile phone, you may click on the VERIFY MOBILE link found in any All Access affiliated website. (insert snapshot/s of the link)

  5. I received the mobile verification code but received an error when I entered it on the site, what could have caused this?

    Codes are case sensitive. Make sure that you typed the code correctly. Ensure that zero is entered as zero instead of the letter O; and the letter O is entered as the letter O instead of zero.

  6. How do I change my mobile number?

    To change your mobile number, log on to www.allaccess.com.ph. Log in using your username and password. Upon logging in, you will see your Account Information. Click on the Edit button. (Insert snapshot/s of button). Enter your new mobile number on the space provided (insert snapshot/s here)

  7. How do I change my email address?

  8. How do I change my password?

  9. What is the purpose of my mobile number?

    Services that need your mobile number are offered together with All Access. You will not be charged and your mobile number will not be disclosed to anyone.

  10. What is the correct format for the mobile number?

    If you are from the Philippines, a drop down is provided. Select the prefix (ie. 0917, 0918, 0922, etc) and enter your mobile number in the field provided. For those outside the Philippines, format should be +(country code)(area code)(number). Ex. +1 415 7654321

  11. Will my Personal Information be available to the public?

    You have the option to make your Personal Information viewable by the public. On the PERSONAL INFORMATION page, select the button corresponding to your choice. (insert snapshot/s here)

  12. Will my Contact Information be available to the public?

    No, your Contact Information will not be made available to the public.

  13. How do I stop receiving alerts/newsletters from All Access?

    To stop receiving alerts/newsletters, log on to www.allaccess.com.ph. Log in using your username and password. Upon logging in, you will see your Newsletter Subscriptions. Click on the Edit button. (Insert snapshot/s of button).
